Lioness Lab has grown from 3 key sources. A combination of the ancient practice of Labyrinth Walking Meditation, the healing power of Reiki, and the beauty of Handfasting Ceremonies - weddings & renewals. To help you achieve balance and harmony in your life.
Every person has the opportunity to heal & celebrate themselves and I am here to walk with you on that journey. I am here to hold space for you.

Mental Clarity
Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice. A process meditation that isn't quietening the mind, it's an eyes open, receptive & non judgmental state. It's a safe space to shed burdens, to get to know your shadow & to hear your imagination. By walking the labyrinth it allows the wandering soul to find a way to the centre, to find a way home.
Walks are offered individually, as retreats & for business wellness days.
Self Healing
The Japanese word Reiki literally translates as universal life force energy. This system of healing was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy that works with energy in order to support your own healing. Reiki can be offered in person or via distance treatment.

Emotional Connection
Drawing from the laws of nature, the power of the universe and your own spirituality. Handfasting originates in Celtic history. It roughly translates "to strike a bargain by joining hands." It recognises that love, like life is dynamic. It can change from moment to moment.
During the personalised ceremony, specially chosen cords are wrapped across the couples hands. 6 vows are given during the binding culminating in the cords forming an infinity knot to cherish. A stunning & memorable ceremony.
Labyrinth Walks
Labyrinth walking has been known for over 4000 years used across many faiths for spiritual centering. They are unicursal, one centre with one path in & out. Guided walks can be for reflection, development, exploration, overcoming, processing & more. You can be lead on your walk or you can choose to walk alone or with someone.
Reiki
A 45min session channeling energy via hand placement to support your own healing.
Distance healing can also be offered.
Handsfasting Ceremonies
As your celebrant we will meet so I can find out about you & your hopes for your special day. A personalised ceremony is written for you to approve. We discuss cord colours to match your scheme & make the binding unique to you.
